About Us

is a Tulsa-based attorney, advising individuals and small businesses. With more than 15 years' experience representing specialty trade contractors and construction industry suppliers, she is well acquainted with small businesses' constraints and challenges. As such, she is dedicated to helping you find a solution that is right for you.

After beginning her legal career at a Florida construction law firm, Sheila returned to Oklahoma in 2012 to be closer to family. Sheila practiced with a Tulsa area civil litigation firm for nine years before opening Sayne Law PLLC. During her time in Tulsa, Sheila has actively participated in the Tulsa Chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction and the Tulsa Chapter of Executive Women International by serving as a director and on committees in both organizations. 

Sheila thoroughly enjoys Tulsa's dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. On the weekends you will find her sampling local restaurants, attending artisan events, supporting the local music scene, and shopping local businesses. 

She is married to Gary Sayne - a retired electrical contractor who specialized in energy management solutions. Their blended family includes two daughters, two sons, and three grandchildren. At home, they stay amused at the antics of their rescue dog, Lola.
